HOPE has started its 5th year. We are excited for the upcoming season with all the new possibilities. May calendars are available and June should be on the website by May 28th. When you or a group are interested in volunteering, do not hesitate to contact us. If a group would like to come on a day and time not listed, we will do our best to work you in.
Be sure to check the link for Western Piedmont Association of Health Underwriters’ (WPAHU) Annual Charity Golf Tournament Fundraiser on June 3rd @ the Glen Oaks Golf Club in Maiden. WPAHU has chosen to support WNCEA’s HOPE Garden Project this year.
We are looking forward to this season and excited in seeing our longtime volunteers, as well as welcoming new comers!

If any church, youth groups, organizations, business groups, individuals, want to volunteer on a specific day/time/location not listed, please contact us and we will work with you! We are flexible.
Your help is needed to prepare and harvest a garden to provide fresh fruits and vegetables to the hungry at Hickory Soup Kitchen, ECCCM, WNC Epilepsy Members, DSS Meals-On-Wheels, Hickory YMCA low income families, etc., in Catawba County.
